Software Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging and progressing hundreds of qualified leads per month working diligently to bring leads deeper into the funnel

Requirements:

  • Highly organized and efficient with attention to detail and a drive to succeed
  • A storyteller with impeccable customer service skills who thrives in a high-pressure environment
  • Instinctive ability to overcome obstacles, pivot, and face challenges head-on with confidence
  • Innate ability to integrate into an amazing team, stay focused, and boost your peers
  • Technically savvy with the ability to use a SaaS sales stack
  • A great contributor to team culture and camaraderie and sense of humor

Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly qualify and distribute hundreds of monthly inbound sales leads and route them to AE’s as well as getting them in the appropriate email tracks
  • Track our inbound web forms queue and again route the leads in a rapid manner for callback
  • Research and qualify hundreds of trade show leads as they come in and distribute them
  • Re-engaging lapsed and long-term leads as we introduce new product features with a focus on bringing them back into the funnel
  • Managing sales stages and early funnel lead nurture as well as taking the occasional sales call
  • Assisting with outbound experiments and other sales-driven activities

  • Entry-level or recent grad

  • Have experience selling a SaaS product
